Cancellation Policy
Factory direct delivery of customer special orders enables Speedy Furniture to eliminate the high cost of inventory, and its warehousing and handling—savings that are passed on to our customers in lower prices. Our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers. When a purchase is made an order is placed electronically with the manufacturer that automatically sets an irreversible sequence of events into motion which ultimately results in the customer receiving product of their choice. Since all our products are custom ordered for each customer, SpeedyFurniture.com and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. Therefore, Speedy Furniture cannot accept cancelations. Purchases made on the Speedy Furniture Pre- Payment Plan are not subject to cancelation after 50% deposit has been received. Cancellations prior to 50% deposit being received are accepted, but any deposit amount paid to date is nonrefundable and may be applied to other merchandise.
Damaged Items
Manufacturers utilize company owned delivery trucks or contract with outside delivery companies to deliver orders placed by Speedy Furniture.
Unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur.
While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of receipt and note all comments on damage in their entirety on the delivery copy of the sales receipt.
Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs and e-mail the photographs of damages to contact@speedyfurniture.com within 3 days of delivery.
If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customer with later claims.
We reserve the right to repair furniture in customer’s home or accept return for repair and/or replacement.
Regretfully, we can only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item.
We also expect our customers to accept delivery appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process.
Speedy Payment Plan
The Speedy Furniture Pre-Payment Plan is designed for today's changing economic times.
It puts you, the customer, in control by enabling you to purchase the furniture you need without stressing your family budget.
Purchase the furniture or bedding you want on the Speedy Payment Plan and we'll will freeze the price and charge you ZERO interest.
You pay a minimum of 10% down payment and 10% per month until your purchase is paid in full.
When the item is paid in full it will be ordered and ready for you in short order.
Length of time on the Speedy Plan may affect availability.
In the rare case an item is no longer available your second choice will be ordered.
Delivery
In order to keep prices as low as possible Speedy Furniture DOES NOT deliver.
However, delivery is available through independent delivery services specializing in servicing Speedy Furniture customers.
Any effort by Speedy Furniture to set up delivery with an independent contractor is done so as a customer service only.
Speedy Furniture is not liable or responsible for a customer's furniture once the furniture is picked up by the customer or any independent delivery service or individual.
